Pinghu city held the corporate credit building work conference on September 4. The meeting reviewed the work of corporate credit in recent years and deployed the city corporate credit system construction tasks in the coming period. Mr. Weng Jianrong, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor, and Mr. Hu Zhiliang, Vice Mayor, attended the meeting.
It is reported that the city embarked on Pinghu city business credit supervision work in 2006. After several years of efforts, the Pinghu corporate credit system was established based on the Jiaxing corporate credit information exchange platform and the Pinghu Corporate Credit information network. In the first half of 2009, a total of more than 20,000 blank records were cleaned up. The cross-platform collected 181667 pieces of enterprise credit information, of which 1326 records are non-performing records and 9181 pieces of regulatory information, including 5096 pieces of license information and 4085 pieces of regulatory information.
Weng Jianrong fully affirmed the achievements in the previous phase concerning enterprise credit system building. He pointed out that the establishment of corporate credit mechanism is a social project, and also a systematic project, a project concerning the effective implementation of corporate social responsibility, and a project optimizing and upgrading the city's development environment.
On how to promote this work, Weng Jianrong emphasized that first, we must unify our thinking, enhance our understanding, and earnestly strengthen the sense of responsibility and urgency on implementation of the promotion of healthy corporate growth and building enterprise credit system. We should be ready for long-term hard work to carry on with the city's corporate credit building work. Second, we should focus on key work and promote various work of building corporate credit. Efforts should be made to build a business credit information exchange platform, enhance the building of regulation of credit and credit education, accelerate the formation of the government Enterprise Credit Management System, social credit system and the enterprise services market, credit management system, deal with three relationships between government and departmental units, relationships between departments and relationship between enterprises and society and constantly improve the regulatory system for the construction of enterprise credit. Third, we must strengthen leadership and scientific deployment, step up publicity and advocate trustworthiness to ensure that corporate credit building could lead to substantial achievements.
